At STEM Sisters, we believe that empowerment through mentorship is critical to advancing women of colour (WOC) in the STEM fields. By joining us as a mentor, you have the opportunity to guide, inspire, and impact ambitious STEM professionals at critical stages of their careers. Who We Are Looking For:

We seek experienced professionals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds who are passionate about making a difference in the STEM community. If you are a woman in STEM and understand WOC’s unique challenges and barriers, you could be an incredible asset to our mentorship team.

Mentorship Commitment:

  • Duration: The mentoring program spans 12 weeks, requiring a commitment of an hour per week.
  • Format: Mentoring sessions are conducted virtually or in person, depending on geographical location and availability.
  • Training: All mentors receive comprehensive training to ensure they are equipped to provide valuable and impactful guidance.
