The Journey So Far
Our program has supported an array of mentees, from final-year undergraduate students to early-career professionals and seasoned experts returning to the workforce. Each journey is a testament to the resilience and dedication of women striving for excellence in STEM fields.

STEM Sisters 2024 Mentoring program begins on the week starting from 15th July 2024 (week 1) and ends on the week ending on the 6th October 2024 (Week 12)

The 2023 STEM Sisters Mentoring Program aimed to empower 40 women of colour (WOC) in the STEM fields by providing them with structured mentoring, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops.
This initiative targeted culturally and racially marginalised (CARM) women at various stages of their STEM careers, from final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students to recent graduates, early-career professionals, and returnees to the STEM workforce.
The program’s comprehensive approach was designed to address the unique challenges faced by these groups and to increase their representation, success, and advancement in STEM fields.
