Jacquelynn Chong

Jacquelynn is a Senior Consultant who has worked with a diverse range of clients within the health and human services space, including healthcare providers, Primary Health Networks, jurisdictional health departments and Federal government departments. She has a wide range of experience supporting clients in their transformational journey to improve outcomes for the populations they serve. Her project experience spans healthcare commissioning, digital health, system design and strategic planning, project management, stakeholder management, research and analysis, implementation planning and capability development. Jacquelynn is passionate about reducing disadvantage and improving health and social outcomes for vulnerable populations.
